The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy“) is to detail the processing of personal data by Germitec when you use one of its websites (hereinafter the “Sites“).
1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
The Germitec entity responsible for processing your personal data varies depending on your geographical location in the world. Germitec entities are referred to as “Germitec“, “our” and “we” in the Privacy Policy.
You will find below the list of Germitec entities that may be responsible for processing:
- France: GERMITEC, a public limited company with a share capital of 29 927,82€ and located at 19 rue Vauban 33000 Bordeaux, is registered in the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under the number 484 531 199 and represented by Mr. Vincent GARDES, in his capacity as Managing Director.
- United Kingdom : GERMITEC UK LTD, a company incorporated under English law with a share capital of €24,632.62 and located at 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, England, EC4Y 0DA, registered 13092261 with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales and represented by Vincent GARDES, in his capacity as Managing Director.
2. What kind of personal data do we collect ?
For the purposes of the Sites we collect the following personal data :
- Data you provide to us : When you contact us, register for online training or interact with us, we collect the personal data we need, such as your name, first name or e-mail address.

3. For what purposes and for how long your personal data is processed ?
We collect and process your personal data for defined purposes and for a limited period of time. The following table gives details of the purposes and legal bases for the processing we carry out, as well as the periods for which your data is stored.
Germitec does not retain your personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
Your personal data may be kept longer, in particular to enable Germitec to establish proof of a right it holds under a legal or contractual obligation.

4. Does Germitec sell or disclose your data to third parties ?
Germitec does not transfer your personal data to any other company.
Germitec may, however, share your data with the following third parties :
- Germitec’s external advisors, such as lawyers or auditors;
- Legal or administrative authorities, if Germitec is required to do so by an applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
In addition, Germitec may share your personal data with its subcontractors (companies of the Germitec group or external service providers). In this case, Germitec undertakes to ensure that its subcontractors process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
In the course of outsourcing your personal data, some of your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and to countries that do not offer the same level of protection for your data as you enjoy under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”). 6. Are our Sites intended for minors ?
No, our Sites are not intended for minors. Therefore, we do not collect personal data from minors. Any person providing data to Germitec, in particular in the context of the contact form or the creation of a training account, declares having reached the legal age of majority.
If we discover that we have collected personal data from minors without their legal guardians’ permission, we will delete this information. We also invite you to contact us at the address mentioned in Article 8 of this Privacy Policy, if you have provided personal data of a minor without the authorization of his/her legal representative(s).
7. Can we change the Privacy Policy ?
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time, including to reflect changes in regulations, our services, or data protection practices. We may notify you of a material change to this policy by posting a notice on this page.
Our use of personal data is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time the data is used.
