Vincent has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, both at established international companies, such as Medtronic, Stryker, and Bard, then at startups such as Vexim, Kumovis, and Amber Implants. Vincent brings expertise in international and European sales, marketing, and human resources, as well as in financial management, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Vincent was instrumental in Stryker’s €183M acquisition of Vexim, company specialised in vertebral compression fracture treatment with the SpineJack® system. Vincent also supported the acquisition of Kumovis by 3D Systems.
José has more than 20 years of experience in finance, acquired both at large, multifaceted corporations such as Dell and ev3 (acquired by Covidien), and at medical device and biotech start-ups. He has a successful track record in initiating and leading large financial transactions, including orchestrating the acquisition of Vexim by Stryker. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, José oversees our administrative and HR departments, as well as strategic project development.
Arnaud launched his career as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young. He then began a 20-year career at Stryker, where he held supply chain and operations management roles, particularly in support of the Spine division. During his last eight years at Stryker, he was responsible for the Spine division’s European manufacturing facilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs while putting customers first. Arnaud leads our operational activities, including R&D, quality department, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
Sébastien has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, both in large international companies such as Stryker and Medtronic, then at start-ups such as Kyphon and Vexim, where he gained a strong experience. He has a successful track record in business development and international sales. Sébastien leads the team of direct and indirect sales for Europe and international as well as the Global marketing and communication activities
Keith brings over 30 years of experience in the North American MedTech industry, including leadership roles at GE Healthcare and Nanosonics. Most recently, Koby was instrumental in growing HeraMED’s business in the US, optimizing its go-to-market strategy and overseeing the largest deployment of their FDA-approved telehealth solution. Keith will lead the company’s entry into the US High-Level Disinfection market for ultrasound probes and its long-term commercial development.
